It was all supposed to start at 1pm. I turned up at 12:30 and they were obviously more than 30 minutes away from starting. At 13:00 I was tasked with taking mama to Nong Han to buy some things they had forgotten!!
14:00 and finally time to start with the symbolic hair cutting, but first a blessing from his mother, and then cutting of hair by the monks and then his friends and family.
Next Nit had his head shaved by the monks -
Although Achi didn't know what to make of it:
Then it was time to sit around again, waiting for the car stereo to be installed. there was a slight hiccup when the generator wouldn't start....
