1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of water
1 ½ cup of lime
juice. If using fresh lime juice reduce
this to 1 cup.
Pinch of salt
Combine the sugar and
water and heat in a saucepan until at a boil.
Turn the heat down to simmer until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes then add
the lime juice and a pinch of salt. Mix
thoroughly. Allow to cool.
Once at room
temperature, put in a bowl and place in your freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes to 1 hour
until frozen.
Serve a small scoop to
your guests after the meal.
