How long....

We reckon the tiles will start going on the house in about 3 days.  The resort, now the beds are cast we should see rendering soon and electric and plumbing work.  So I'd better get up and about selecting bathroom fittings and lighting.

There'll be 6 rooms in phase 1 together with office/shop.  4 rooms with Fan, one with Aircon and One with Aircon fridge etc.  Phase 2 will build the restaurant and bar and phase 3 the snooker hall and pool.
