Tomorrow, August 2nd is Asarnha Bucha day. Arsarnha Bucha celebrates the day when the Buddha preached his first sermon after enlightenment to five monks in the deer park at Varanasi. It falls on the full moon day of the eighth lunar month. The following day is Khao Phansa, the start of Buddhist Lent.
